Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Facilities & Clinic Operations Coordinator to own on-the-ground operations for clinics in Northern Virginia and Maryland expansion regions. You will manage day-to-day facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and launch new locations.

This role requires travel, strong organization, and hands-on launch experience, collaborating with Clinical Leads, IT, and Operations to keep sites safe, welcoming, and fully operational.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-site facilities or related operations.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and site logistics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve clinic standards with site visits and tickets.
• Support new clinic launches: setups, furniture, signage, deliveries, scheduling.
• Manage supplies and inventories across regional footprint.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leads, IT, and Operations to track projects and resolve roadblocks.
