Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Facilities & Clinic Operations Coordinator to serve as the on-the-ground operational owner for clinic environments across Northern Virginia and Maryland expansion regions. You will manage day-to-day facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and site logistics for existing offices while helping launch new locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-site facilities, office operations, retail/hospitality, or project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, maintenance requests, and site logistics independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to physical detail.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across regional clinic locations in Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to inspect spaces, resolve facility tickets, oversee maintenance/repairs, and manage access systems.
• Execute physical setups for new locations—coordinating furniture, signage, deliveries, vendor scheduling, and launch readiness.
• Oversee local clinic inventories, equipment, signage, and furniture refreshes.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leads, IT, and Operations to maintain project trackers and site updates.
