Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Facilities & Clinic Operations Coordinator to act as the on-the-ground operational owner for clinic environments across regional markets, including PA and NJ. You will manage day-to-day maintenance, vendor relationships, and site logistics while launching new locations.

You will travel regularly, ensure spaces are clean, safe, and fully functional, and support cross-functional teams to maintain project trackers and resolve daily operational roadblocks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-site facilities, office operations, or project coordination.
• Ability to travel frequently across regional clinic locations (Philadelphia Metro PA/NJ).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to physical details.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve clinic standards through regular site visits and issue resolution.
• Support new clinic launches with site setup, furniture, signage, and vendor scheduling.
• Coordinate supplies, inventories, and relationships with property managers and contractors.
• Collaborate with Clinical Leads, IT, and Operations to track progress and resolve issues.
