Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Facilities & Clinic Operations Coordinator to own day-to-day clinic operations across Northern Virginia and Maryland expansion regions. You will manage site maintenance, vendor relationships, and launch new locations, ensuring clinics run smoothly for patients and staff.

The role requires travel across regional clinics, strong organizational skills, and hands-on setup experience to support rapid clinic readiness and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in multi-site facilities, office operations, retail/hospitality, or project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, maintenance requests, and site logistics independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to physical detail.
• Ability and willingness to travel frequently across regional clinic locations in Northern Virginia and Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & Improve Clinic Standards: conduct regular site visits, resolve facility tickets, oversee maintenance/repairs, and manage access and alarm systems.
• Support New Clinic Launches: handle physical setups for new locations, coordinating furniture, signage, deliveries, etc.
• Manage Supplies & Inventories: oversee local clinic inventories, equipment, signage, and furniture refreshes.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: partner with Clinical Leads, IT, and Operations to track projects and resolve daily roadblocks.
