Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Client Services Supervisor to oversee multiple sites, ensuring on-time service delivery and strong client relationships. You will manage staff, maintain SLA adherence, and act as the main on-site liaison with the Client Service Manager.

Travel locally as needed and coach the team toward operational excellence. The role requires a solid background in operations, staff supervision, and a professional approach to customer service.

Qualifications

Experience managing multiple sites and staff in a client-facing environment.
Proven ability to develop strong relationships with executives and teams.
Strong communication, scheduling, and operational oversight skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily service delivery across client sites and ensure SLAs are met with our client Amazon.
Lead and coach staff, manage performance, and coordinate scheduling.
Serve as primary on-site client contact and uphold SPS policies and standards.
Attend meetings, manage escalations, and drive process improvements for operations.
Collaborate with the Client Service Manager to align objectives and reporting.
