Job summary

SPS North America seeks a polished Client Manager to lead workplace experience and operational delivery for a high-profile investment firm account across multiple locations in New York. This role emphasizes hospitality, facilities coordination, and premium client service with a strong leadership presence.

You will drive operational excellence, manage staff across sites, and ensure consistent standards, reporting, and vendor collaboration to elevate the client experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership in workplace experience, hospitality, facilities or related environments.
• Experience leading multiple sites, locations or complex client accounts.
• Strong operational, financial, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors and external service partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the national operational leader for the SPS account, providing strategic direction and oversight across all locations.
• Create and reinforce a consistent Workplace Experience culture at all sites.
• Lead day-to-day workplace operations and service delivery across locations.
• Oversee reception, hospitality, conference and event support, mail services and vendor activities.
• Establish service standards and SOPs across locations; monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Build strong client relationships and lead client meetings and reviews with confidence.
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing workplace services team.
