Qualifications

• 3+ years supervision in Facility Management Operations/Janitorial/Maintenance.
• Experience leading frontline teams meeting operational SLAs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with CMMS software and MS Office.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads the ISS Facility Operations and Soft Service employees.
• Interview, hire, and train staff; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance.
• Ensure the site runs smoothly, is clean, safe, welcoming, and customer-centric.
• Collaborate with team to maintain inventory levels and tools.
• Provide coverage and coaching to ensure service continuity and KPIs.
