Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a Support Services Manager to oversee multi-location client facilities and ensure service excellence across sites. You will lead ISS staff, coordinate work, and act as an ambassador of the client’s brand, reporting to the Key Account Manager.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in customer service, 3+ years of management, and strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Customer Service environment hosting and/or concierge/reception services to a high standard.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Experience interfacing with all levels throughout a corporate organization.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train and supervise a group of employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-location facilities to ensure service excellence across sites.
• Lead a team of ISS staff at client sites and act as an ambassador of the client’s brand.
• Coordinate work assignments, scheduling, and priorities; direct work of staff.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback through reviews.
• Maintain records and prepare reports related to operations and client interactions.
