StorQuest Self Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences across multiple locations. You will assist guests during challenging times, help manage daily operations, and support revenue and occupancy goals while upholding cleanliness standards.

This role requires weekend availability, cash handling experience, and a passion for sales and service. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
• Experience in Cash Handling required.
• Must be available on weekends.
• A passion for guest service and sales.
• Tech savvy a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests during challenging times and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Manage daily store operations and support revenue, delinquency, occupancy, and cleanliness.
• Contribute to four-six store locations as needed.
• Handle payments, sell merchandise, and offer insurance.
• Assist customers with truck rentals at some locations.
• Support collecting past-due accounts and maintain storefronts.
