Job summary

StorQuest stores, part of William Warren Group, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily site operations and guest experiences. This role may be full or part-time and may cover multiple locations to assist in management coverage when the Store Manager is off duty.

You will handle revenue tasks, help with occupancy and delinquency, maintain a clean, secure facility, and guide customers through rental processes while promoting merchandise and insurance options.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1+ years in Customer Service/Sales experience.
• Experience in Cash Handling required.
• Must be available on weekends.
• A huge passion for guest service and sales.
• Strong accountability combined with teamwork and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily store operations and guest experience at assigned site.
• Support Store Manager with revenue, delinquency management, occupancy, and cleanliness.
• Manage rental process: converting sales, taking payments, selling merchandise, offering insurance, truck rentals where applicable.
• Handle cash, balance receipts, process deposits, and coordinate with vendors for routine maintenance.
