Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services is seeking a Full-Time Community Manager for Dresden & The Rose in Portland, OR. The role oversees property operations, ensures compliance with Fair Housing and program rules, and leads staff to deliver outstanding resident service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of multi-family management, experience with affordable housing, and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years managing a multi-family community.
• Experience with LIHTC/HUD programs preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and vendors.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• Willingness to enforce Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian professionally at all times.
• Coordinate property operations to meet ownership goals and legal requirements.
• Develop and manage operating and capital budgets under supervision.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and cash flow.
• Administer leasing, rent collection, and compliance with program rules.
• Direct day-to-day activities of property staff and vendors.
