Qualifications

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian professionally at all times.
• Coordinate property operations to meet ownership goals and legal requirements.
• Assist in budget development and financial reporting.
• Oversee leasing, tenant income certifications, and compliance with programs.
• Manage staff and vendors; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain timely reporting and document management.
