Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience managing a multi-family community.
• 1+ year of experience in affordable housing or relevant industry.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of and willingness to enforce Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws in Oregon.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic budgeting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Always represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Manage property operations in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Assist in developing operating and capital budgets.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances.
• Coordinate leasing efforts and tenant compliance.
• Supervise site staff and vendors; manage timekeeping and staff meetings.
• Liaise with corporate departments to ensure teamwork across properties.
