Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience managing a multi-family community.
• At least one year of experience in affordable housing or a related industry.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding and enforcement of Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws in Oregon.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Manage property operations in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Assist in operating income/expense and capital budgets and leasing strategy.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and cash management.
• Supervise site staff and vendor activities; lead training and safety meetings.
• Coordinate leasing efforts and tenants' income certifications as required.
