Guardian Real Estate Services LLC seeks a dynamic Community Manager to oversee two affordable properties in Wilsonville, OR. You will supervise staff, coordinate budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws and program requirements.

The role requires strong organizational skills, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple sites. LIHTC/PRAC 811 knowledge is strongly preferred and professional communication is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two or more years of experience managing a multi-family community.
• At least one year in affordable housing or relevant industry.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws in Oregon.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic math and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency with standard computer use and willingness to learn new programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to complete training within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian professionally and positively.
• Coordinate operations to meet property management obligations.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Assist in operating income/expense and capital budgets.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and manage cash flow.
• Manage leasing efforts and tenant obligations.
• Oversee staff and vendors to maintain property quality.
• Lead site staff meetings and safety discussions.
• Identify and address process improvements.
