Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least two years of experience managing a multifamily community.
• At least one year in affordable housing or related industry.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing and Landlord-Tenant laws in Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Manage property operations in compliance with laws and policies.
• Assist in developing operating and capital budgets.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and cash flow.
• Coordinate leasing efforts and ensure timely rent collection.
• Lead and develop site staff and coordinate vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for the portfolio manager.
