Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services is seeking a Roving Community Manager to travel across Oregon properties, overseeing affordable housing communities to meet ownership goals and regulatory requirements.

The role supervises staff and vendors, enforces policies, and ensures timely reporting while maintaining excellent customer service and property upkeep in a dynamic, travel‑heavy schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year managing a multi-family community.
• Experience in affordable housing (HUD/RD/Tax Credit) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
• Coordinate and supervise property staff and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws.
• Assist in operating income/expense budgets and capital budgets.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and variances.
• Oversee leasing efforts and tenant billings.
