Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in and cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You will learn multiple routes, load and deliver garments, and support customer relationships with proactive service.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a customer-service mindset, readiness to work across teams, and the ability to handle physical tasks while maintaining safety and efficiency on the road.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT compliance and a DOT physical exam required.
• Prior customer service or delivery experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes and provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Accurately manage invoices and conduct inventory checks.
