Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to support delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You’ll load and deliver garments, interact with customers, and help with route setup and basic inventory, driving safety and efficiency on a fast-paced schedule.

Ideal candidates are proactive, with a clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with new technology. This on-site role offers the chance to grow within a leading garment services company.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and clean driving record required.
• DOT compliance including a physical exam.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Ability to learn new technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes and customer details.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer relationships.
• Resolve customer requests independently with problem-solving.
• Manage invoices, conduct inventory audits, and keep vehicle clean and safe.
