Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to provide reliable service by stepping in for Route Service Representatives on multiple routes. You will learn various routes, deliver garments and products, and uphold high customer service standards.

The role emphasizes autonomy, agility, and collaboration with the Service and Management teams. The position requires a valid driver’s license, DOT compliance, and physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or route delivery is a plus.
• Able to work independently while supporting a team.
• Tech‑savvy and able to learn route planning software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes.
• Safely load, transport, and unload items and collect used garments for return.
• Maintain invoices, inventory checks, and vehicle cleanliness and safety.
• Support route coverage and new account installations with RSRs and management.
• Communicate customer feedback to location leadership.
