Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in on delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You’ll learn multiple routes, load and deliver garments, and ensure customers experience seamless service.

You’ll handle invoices, perform inventories, and maintain vehicle safety. This role rewards proactive, agile individuals who communicate well and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license at least 21 years old with a clean driving record.
• DOT compliance including a medical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes to provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes.
• Safely load, transport, and unload items; collect used garments for return.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Accurately manage invoices and conduct inventory audits.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety policies on every trip.
• Collaborate with Service and Management Teams on route support and installations.
• Communicate customer feedback and market insights to leadership.
