Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in for Route Service Representatives, covering multiple routes and ensuring seamless service for customers. You will load and unload garments, maintain records, and uphold safety standards while delivering reliable service on a fast-paced schedule.

This role emphasizes proactive problem-solving, strong communication with location leadership, and the ability to adapt to varying routes and customer needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes to provide top-tier service.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes, handle loading/unloading.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Solve customer requests independently to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory checks, and maintain vehicle safety and appearance.
• Follow traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with Service and Management Teams on new account installations and route support.
