Job summary

UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to support delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You will gain proficiency across multiple routes, safely deliver garments and products, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT medical certification and compliance with DOT requirements.
• Experience in customer service or delivery is a plus.
• Able to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs. and stay on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Learn and cover multiple delivery routes to provide seamless service.
• Deliver garments and products; load/unload; manage returns.
• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain customer relationships.
• Resolve customer requests independently and with problem solving.
• Accurately manage invoices, conduct inventory checks, and keep vehicle clean and safe.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety policies; work with teams to support accounts.
