Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist who will step in to cover delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You’ll learn several routes, safely deliver garments and products, and uphold high customer service standards while maintaining invoices and route inventories.

This role emphasizes proactive problem solving, autonomy with team collaboration, and adherence to safety policies as you support new account installations and route efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT physical and compliance requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; military service acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Learn and cover multiple routes to provide consistent service.
• Deliver and unload garments and products to customers on routes.
• Maintain accurate invoices and conduct basic inventory checks.
