Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to cover routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable, ensuring seamless service for customers along established routes. You will learn multiple routes, manage deliveries, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong communication, and collaboration with Service, Production, Sales and Office teams to support new installations and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience in delivering or route sales is a plus.
• Comfortable using new technologies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Cover routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable.
• Safely load, transport, and deliver garments and products to customers.
• Collect used garments for return and ensure timely service.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships.
• Manage invoices and conduct basic inventory checks on routes.
