Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to ensure seamless service by stepping in on delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You will load, transport, and deliver clean garments and products, and secure returns, following established routes with accuracy.

You will gain experience across multiple routes, assist on new installations, and collaborate with Service and Management Teams, requiring an agile, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License with clean driving record
• DOT compliance and physical exam
• High school diploma, GED, or military service
• Strong customer service skills
• Relevant experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with learning new technologies
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes to provide top-tier service
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Resolve customer requests independently with problem-solving
• Manage invoices and conduct inventory audits; maintain vehicle safety and appearance
• Support new account installations and rerouting efforts; assist RSRs on routes
