Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and ensure the property complies with company standards and all regulations.

You will lead the maintenance team, handle service requests, and perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and grounds. You’ll monitor safety, budget adherence and quality, while mentoring staff and coordinating with the property manager.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance tasks and ensure quality service.
• Review and track service requests; identify chronic issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues following policy.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and grounds.
• Inspect property grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Manage on-call emergencies and coordinate with property manager.
