Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor in Wenatchee, WA to manage daily maintenance operations and upkeep for assigned properties. You will ensure compliance with company policies and regulations while leading a skilled maintenance team.

Responsibilities include supervising service requests, coordinating repairs across trades, and promoting safety, cost control, and resident satisfaction.

Formación

• Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Experience in property maintenance or carpentry.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance operations and upkeep of the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state and federal regulations.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and maintain professional demeanor.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and monitor on-site operations.
• Monitor budgets and manage costs to stay within the property budget.
