Compass Concierge is seeking a District Manager to oversee performance, staffing, training, and client satisfaction for multiple properties across the Washington, DC Metro Area. You will serve as the primary liaison between Compass leadership, property management clients, and onsite concierge teams, maintaining a strong field presence and driving service quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership in hospitality or customer service.
• Experience managing concierge, front desk, or residential-service staff.
• Ability to lead multiple properties or distributed teams.
• Strong client-management and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular check-ins.
• Oversee concierge staff, Scheduling Coordinators, and other operational personnel.
• Set performance expectations and provide timely feedback; hold staff to standards.
• Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with teams; perform evaluations.
• Coordinate onsite training, retraining, and real-time service observations.
• Maintain training records and ensure property-specific instruction.
• Oversee staffing coverage and coordinate with scheduling to prevent gaps.
• Provide leadership updates on staffing, client feedback, and operations.
