Job summary

Hotel Management and Consulting, Inc. seeks a District Manager to lead and oversee multiple hotel properties. You will drive revenue, control expenses, and ensure high guest satisfaction while managing budgets and vendor relations.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in hotel operations, and the ability to manage a diverse portfolio. This on-site position includes opportunities for advancement within a small hospitality-focused team.

Qualifications

• Lead district-level hospitality operations with P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, administer, control revenue and expense budgets.
• Manage monthly inventories, ordering, and receiving goods.
• Analyze P&L and submit variance reports in a timely manner.
• Review hourly employee hours and address GM issues.
• Review and approve transmittals and front office reports.
• Manage accounts receivable and vendor relationships.
• Lead weekly sales and marketing objectives and lead management.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and sustain revenue growth.
• Interview and hire GMs; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safety procedures are followed.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
