Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in Flint is seeking an experienced Multi-Media Account Executive for a full-time, in-office role. You will prospect, qualify, and close deals across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and events, while building trusted client relationships and driving ROI.

The position emphasizes consultative selling, meeting individual and team targets, and collaborating with internal teams. A strong sales track record and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client ROI.
• Partner with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
