Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in Quincy, IL is seeking a results-driven Multi-Media Account Executive to grow our local client base. This full-time, in-office role focuses on consultative selling across our broadcast, digital, and programmatic solutions to boost client ROI.

You will prospect, qualify, and close new business, conduct needs assessments, and partner with internal teams to deliver tailored campaigns. A BA/BS is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business using data-driven insights.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams to execute campaigns.
• Collaborate with Market Leadership to meet goals.
