Townsquare Media Group in New Jersey is seeking experienced Account Executives who thrive in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment, to build relationships with local businesses and drive full-cycle campaigns across broadcast and digital solutions.

You’ll own a book of business, prospect and close new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns, while earning uncapped commissions and enjoying strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
