Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in Lansing, MI is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive to drive new business and manage strategic client relationships. This full-time, in-office role focuses on consultative selling across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.

You will analyze client needs, present tailored marketing solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns that grow client ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
