Job summary

Townsquare Media Group, a leading media and digital marketing company, is hiring a Multi-Media Account Executive for our Midland, TX office. This full-time, in-office role focuses on building relationships with local businesses and selling a diverse portfolio including broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

You will prospect, qualify, and close new business, conduct needs assessments, present tailored marketing strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).
• BA/BS degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
