Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive in Minnesota to grow a book of business through full-cycle, consultative sales. Build relationships with local businesses and drive results across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and vehicle required.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of business in a full-cycle sales role.
• Prospect, qualify and secure new business using data-driven insights.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent the full portfolio including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and events.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and beat goals.
