Townsquare Media Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Media Account Executive in Lafayette, LA. This full-time in-office role demands a confident closer with a consultative selling approach to grow local business success through broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

You will own a book of business, prospect new clients, conduct needs assessments, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing strategies and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to build relationships and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
