Townsquare Media Group is hiring a Multi-Media Account Executive in a full-time, in-office role in Rochester. You will build relationships with local businesses, present tailored marketing strategies, and manage a portfolio spanning broadcast, digital, programmatic and event sponsorships.

• 2+ years of sales experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
