Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking an Account Executive to join the Faribault/Owatonna sales team. This full‑cycle role focuses on acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts through tailored marketing solutions.

You’ll build relationships, present data‑driven strategies across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships, and collaborate with internal teams to drive client ROI while meeting aggressive revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (required).
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle ownership (required).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our portfolio including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client ROI and reach.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
