Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of B2B media sales, strong local relationships, and a proven history of exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales in media/marketing/advertising (required).
• Deep understanding of broadcast, digital, and programmatic marketing solutions.
• Proven track record of quota overachievement and strategic new business wins.
• Strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Expertise in consultative selling and long-term client relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of business with a focus on new revenue generation.
• Leverage network to drive opportunities and close high-impact deals.
• Conduct high-level client discovery meetings and present custom, insight-led solutions.
• Lead strategic planning across integrated campaigns (broadcast, digital, events, sponsorships).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and share expertise within the sales organization.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
