Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in Quincy, IL is seeking an Account Executive to join our in-office sales team. You will own a book of business, acquire new clients, and nurture long-term relationships through consultative, data-driven marketing campaigns across broadcast, digital, and sponsorships.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals, exceptional presentation and communication skills, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required)
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goal
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals
