Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in Hannibal, MO is seeking an Account Executive to own full-cycle sales, build a book of business, and foster lasting client relationships. This is an in-office, full-time role focused on strategic, consultative selling across broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.

You will prospect, assess client needs, present tailored marketing plans, and collaborate with internal teams to drive campaigns and results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle ownership.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
