Cumulus Media in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive to manage relationships with local businesses, grow the revenue base, and deliver integrated marketing solutions across broadcast, digital, and events.

You will proactively identify new opportunities, present campaigns to clients, and maintain a robust sales pipeline while expanding product knowledge and driving results for the brand.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, social networking platforms and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for developing new business relationships in an outside sales role.

Responsibilities

• Identify client business needs by understanding goals and market trends to develop customized marketing solutions.
• Deliver and develop marketing solutions via multi-platform, integrated sales presentations to foster brand loyalty and deliver results.
• Negotiate and close business that drives revenue and long-term relationships.
• Represent the full suite of products and services including station digital assets, internet-based marketing, social media, streaming, events.
• Manage time to optimize revenue opportunities and assist in creative messaging across platforms.
• Prospect new clientele via networking, cold calling, canvassing, referrals to maintain a full pipeline.
• Prepare orders, resolve billing issues, submit regular reports regarding sales, pipeline lists, forecasts and competitive analysis.
• Collaborate to represent the brand and help clients achieve success.
