Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking experienced Account Executives to own a book of business in the Quad Cities. This full-time, in-office role focuses on new client acquisition and long-term relationships, with a consultative, data-driven sales approach.

You’ll sell broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships, collaborating with internal teams to meet aggressive goals and drive local business growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
