Job summary

Townsquare Media Group, serving Tri-Cities and surrounding markets, is seeking an experienced Multi-Media Account Executive to join our in-office team. You’ll own a book of business, bring in new clients, and build long-term relationships while presenting tailored strategies across broadcast, digital, and sponsorships.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns, hit aggressive targets, and grow your career in a fast-paced, multi-media organization with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required)
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)
• BA/BS degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals
