Job summary

Townsquare Media is hiring an Account Executive in Yakima, WA for a full-time, in-office sales role. You will own a book of business, bring in new clients, and manage relationships across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

Expect a rigorous, consultative sales environment with data-driven prospecting, needs assessments, and ongoing collaboration with internal teams to drive campaign success and client ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and vehicle (required).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
