Townsquare Media Group in Rochester, MN is seeking ambitious Account Executives to own a full-cycle sales book. You’ll build relationships with local businesses, prospect for new clients, and deliver tailored marketing strategies across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

You’ll collaborate with marketing teams and leadership to meet and exceed personal and team goals. The role offers uncapped earning potential, a competitive compensation plan, and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
