Townsquare Media Group in Minnesota seeks a proactive Multi-Media Account Executive to lead full-cycle sales and grow a local book of business in a fast-paced environment.

You will build relationships with clients, present tailored marketing strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns across broadcast, digital, and events. This role emphasizes closing deals and long-term client success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in sales.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Experience identifying and securing new business.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
