Townsquare Media Group is seeking a results-driven Multi-Media Account Executive to join our Casper sales team. You will own a book of business, acquire new clients, and grow relationships by delivering tailored marketing strategies across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

This full-cycle role offers uncapped earning potential, a supportive leadership team, and opportunities to advance within a fast-moving, local-media powerhouse serving Casper and surrounding markets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years in sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Experience identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic and competitiveness.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
