Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in Montrose, CO is seeking an experienced Multi-Media Account Executive to drive new business in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment. You’ll build relationships with local businesses, present tailored marketing strategies, and manage a portfolio spanning broadcast, digital, programmatic, and events.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, meet and exceed individual and team goals, and enjoy uncapped earning potential with a competitive compensation plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients’ reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
